Pablo Castrillon is a Colombian-born Australian director, writer and producer. 
In 2022 he was selected for the workshop ‘Write Intensive for TV’ from Screenworks and was a recipient of the Emerging Content Creators Inclusion Initiative Scholarship from NALIP (National Association of Latino Independent Producers) in Los Angeles.

He produced and directed his first short documentary ‘Beats of Colours’ at the end of 2022. The film was broadcasted on Channel 31 and in September 2023 received two nominations for the Antenna Awards in the categories of Best Arts Program and Outstanding Journalism in a Program. ‘Beats of Colours’ was produced by Ver Mas Media with funding from the Community Broadcasting Foundation in partnership with Cinespace Inc.

Driven by his profound connection to his Latin heritage and a strong desire to empower immigrants in discovering fulfilling career opportunities within the creative industries, Pablo established Ver Mas Media in 2018. Since its inception, the company has successfully crafted compelling branded content for a diverse clientele, which includes prominent organisations such as Brisbane Marketing, Palace Cinemas, and the Woodford Folk Festival.

Pablo is currently completing a Postgraduate Certificate in Creative Business at Compton School and the University of Canberra.
